Las Vegas Prepares for Major 2024 Commercial Real Estate Projects

In 2023, Las Vegas experienced a record-breaking year for the opening of major attractions. However, according to the Las Vegas Review Journal, 2024 may not be as robust but will still bring a variety of new entertainment options. The city’s upcoming projects are estimated to contribute over $807 million in infrastructure and include the addition of 393 hotel rooms and convention space (exact amount TBD). Some notable attractions set to open in 2024 include:

– Phase one of a $600 million renovation project for the Las Vegas Convention Center.
– Blake Shelton’s Ole Red Las Vegas, a four-story music club with an impressive capacity of 686 seats located at Horseshoe Las Vegas (opening this month).
– A $350 million renovation project for Ipanema Tower at Rio Hotel & Casino which will feature a new food court set to open in Q1.
– Two stations along The Boring Co.’s underground transit system connecting it with the convention center – known as “Vegas Loop”.
– Otonomous Las Vegas – an $85 million hotel property featuring 303 rooms slated to open on Russell Road and Decatur Boulevard by Q4.

This news comes amidst anticipation for significant CRE developments taking place across various industries within Sin City.
