Fund manager BKM Capital Partners recently acquired an award-winning 88,205 square foot light industrial building located near the Las Vegas Strip for $25.9 million. The seller was Terry York Properties and Heller Companies.

The Decatur Business Center is a two-story concrete tilt-up facility that features warehouse, office and showroom space and has been recognized with an NAIOP Spotlight Award for best flex building in Southern Nevada.
