Hukl Investments has announced plans to construct a luxurious three-story building in Las Vegas, featuring a rooftop restaurant, wine cellar, speakeasy and event space. The project has been approved by the Clark County Planning Commission and is set to be located in the Grand Flamingo Centre near the 215 Beltway exit on Flamingo Road.
The 72,000-square-foot building will not include any casino or hotel facilities. Renowned architectural firm Steelman Partners will design the structure while McCarthy Construction will serve as general contractor.
Construction for this $50 million venture is expected to commence later this year with an estimated completion date of late 2025 or early 2026. The first floor of the building will house a high-end wine store and pastry shop while the second floor will feature event space. The third floor is planned to accommodate a top-notch restaurant specializing in steak dishes.
In addition to these amenities, there are also plans for an outdoor plaza adjacent to the building as well as outdoor terrace spaces on both floors two and three. Stay tuned for updates on this exciting development coming soon!
