Hukl Investments is set to construct a three-story building in Las Vegas, featuring a rooftop restaurant, wine cellar, speakeasy and event space. The project has been approved by the Clark County Planning Commission and will span 72,000 square feet. Located in the Grand Flamingo Centre near the Flamingo Road exit off the 215 Beltway in southwest Las Vegas.
The renowned architectural firm Steelman Partners will be designing this $50 million project while McCarthy Construction serves as its general contractor. Construction is expected to commence later this year with an anticipated completion date of late 2025 or early 2026.
The building’s first floor will house a high-end wine store and pastry shop while the second floor will serve as an event space. The third floor is reserved for a top-tier restaurant – potentially specializing in steaks – offering guests breathtaking views from its elevated position.
In addition to these features, there are plans for an outdoor plaza adjacent to the building as well as outdoor terrace spaces on both floors two and three. This exciting development promises to bring new opportunities for food and beverage investors looking towards Las Vegas’ thriving market.
