**Henderson Office Complex May Be Transformed Into Dining and Retail Destination**
A dated office complex in Henderson, Nevada, may soon be transformed into a vibrant open-air retail and dining hub. Real estate developer Bobby Khorshidi is proposing to redevelop the two-building property located along St. Rose Parkway, just south of the 215 Beltway, into a new project dubbed “The Cliff at Green Valley Ranch.”
The project is envisioned as a dynamic destination featuring restaurants, retail shops, health and wellness venues, culinary kiosks, a central bar, and a communal gathering space. If approved by the city, construction is expected to begin in October.
The current office complex, built more than two decades ago, consists of two single-story buildings totaling approximately 100,000 square feet.
Khorshidi, founder of Partners Capital, acquired the 10-acre site on Paseo Verde Parkway in 2023 for more than $17 million. His firm has joined forces with Cast Capital Partners to bring the project to life.
The Henderson City Council is scheduled to review and consider the project proposals in early June.
