Northmarq recently facilitated the sale of Millennium East, a 236-unit multifamily community in Las Vegas for $52.8 million. The property, located at 3580 E. Alexander Road in the Sunrise Manor area, was originally built in 2000 and underwent renovations in 2018 before being acquired by NNC Apartment Ventures from Aspen Square Management.
Representing the seller was Northmarq’s team led by Bryan Mummaw, Bryan Liu, Brandon Harrington, Tyler Woodard and Chris Gitibin. They were able to secure $33.5 million in acquisition financing for the buyer through their partnership with Freddie Mac.
Millennium East boasts one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 720 to 1,116 square feet with various amenities including a pool, gymnasium and playground as well as conveniences like a dog park and package lockers.
