Fisher Brothers and J.P. Morgan Global Alternatives have recently finalized a 20-year lease agreement with Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP at 1345 Avenue of the Americas in Midtown. This deal marks the largest commercial office lease in the U.S. for 2023.
