The seller, a private owner, was represented by Jeffrey J. Janda and Jeff Galante who are principals at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office. On behalf of TR Property Management, Chris Nelson and Calvin Gunn – also principals at Lee & Associates – acted as representatives for the buyer.
Constructed in 1985, this industrial facility boasts convenient access to expressways that make it easy to navigate throughout Dupage County. The building features an impressive array of amenities including twelve exterior docks along with two interior docks equipped with levelers as well as four short-truck interior loading bays.
