A partnership between Urban Logistics Realty and Formation Interests recently sold Urban District 290, a large industrial property in Houston measuring 238,200 square feet. The transaction was facilitated by CBRE’s Nathan Wynne and Jason Dillee.

BZO Wheels Houston purchased the property with financing from American First National Bank through two loans totaling $40 million. According to Commercial Edge, construction on the project began in 2022 with Inwood Bank providing financing and Burton Construction serving as general contractor. Powers Brown Architecture and Kimley-Horn provided architectural and engineering services for the two-building project which debuted one year later.

Building 1 is a side-load facility spanning over 64,800 square feet while Building 2 is a cross-dock facility covering an area of approximately173,400 square feet.

The industrial campus is located at Bingle Road (5610) in close proximity to U.S Route-290 and only about thirteen miles northwest of downtown Houston.
