"Large Industrial Project Begins in Phoenix"

Developers in the Phoenix area continue to show a strong interest in industrial projects, particularly those over one million square feet. Trammell Crow Co., an industry leader, has recently announced plans for the first phase of a massive industrial park located in Goodyear, Arizona. The initial phase will consist of two state-of-the-art buildings spanning 542,873 square feet and is set to be completed by September 2024. The second phase will add an additional 445,701 square feet to the development. With at least ten other projects underway that exceed one million square feet in size within the Phoenix area alone.

Building A will cover 279,961 square feet while Building C will encompass a total of 262,912 square feet. Both structures are designed with flexibility in mind and can accommodate multiple tenants with divisible spaces starting at just 50
