Landsea Homes Corporation announced on Tuesday the groundbreaking of a new community, Dusa, in Ontario. The development will consist of 191 homes and offer a variety of housing options including 95 single-family homes ranging from 2,027 to 2,317 square feet and 96 townhomes ranging from 1,317 to 1,611 square feet.

Residents at Dusa will have access to various amenities such as a large pool area, park with picnic spots and tot lot playgrounds. Additionally,the open space activity lawn offers plenty of room for outdoor activities. Sales are expected begin late next year.
