Landsea Acquires 500 Homesites for Master-Planned Dublin Development

Landsea Homes Corporation has announced the acquisition of 500 homesites for a new master-planned community in Dublin, located in Alameda County’s East Dublin. The development, known as Dublin Centre, will offer a variety of housing options including single-family detached and attached townhomes with both traditional and modern architectural styles.

According to Tom Baine, California division president at Landsea Homes, this is a significant milestone for the company as it marks their largest master-planned community in the Bay Area. He also stated that they are committed to creating an attractive community of High Performance Homes and are excited to welcome future residents who will live comfortably for years to come.

Some floorplans at Dublin Centre will feature LiveGen suites designed for multigenerational living with first-floor bedrooms and optional kitchenettes that can be customized according to buyers’ needs. Pricing details will be announced later on. Development is set to begin this year with sales expected to launch by late 2025.
