Landmark has recently acquired 20 adjacent parcels in Tallahassee as part of its ambitious plan to develop a sprawling luxury student housing project. These properties, ranging from .03 to .73 acres each, make up a unique 3.44-acre parcel.
Dubbed The Mark at Tallahassee, this project is set to open in August 2025 and is expected to be one of Landmark’s most impressive developments yet. According to Multifamily Dive reports, the company currently has a construction pipeline of 22 properties valued at $4.7 billion.
The Mark at Tallahassee will offer an array of floor plans including studios and six-bedroom units with high-end features such as gourmet-style kitchens equipped with quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances, hardwood-style flooring, modern fixtures and private bathrooms for each bedroom.
Spanning across three buildings on the property will be over 30,000 square feet dedicated for amenities. This includes an expansive rooftop clubhouse measuring at approximately 8,900 square feet that opens up onto a stunning outdoor pool deck spanning over another impressive area measuring around9 ,000 square feet complete with various recreational areas such as lounge seating areas,a grill station,and fire pits along with other gathering spaces all overlookinga Jumbotron screen providing endless entertainment possibilitiesfor residents.
