Realty Capital has finalized an agreement with Marriott International to develop a new Autograph Collection Hotel and Residences building in the final phase of construction at Lakeside Village. This $230 million project, set to break ground in the second quarter of 2025, will include a six-story office building alongside the hotel. Located on Grapevine Lake in Flower Mound, this luxury resort offers guests access to lakefront restaurants, two golf courses, and an amphitheater.
The hotel itself will boast 12 floors with 181 guest rooms and suites as well as 21 condo units. On-site amenities will include a rooftop pool, spa services, full-service restaurant options for dining convenience during their stay. Additionally available are ballrooms for events or meetings and a fitness center for guests looking to maintain their workout routine while traveling. Guests can also enjoy excursions on the lake aboard a private yacht.
Conveniently connected on its first two floors is both the hotel and office building offering shared amenities such as spa services along with bar service at one of its restaurants onsite making it easy for business travelers or those seeking leisure activities alike when staying here! The addition of these buildings joins other offerings already present including several retail stores plus multifamily housing within Lakeside Village’s sixteen stories.
