**Lake Worth Beach Retail Center Trades for $68 Million**

The Pinewood Square retail plaza, located west of Lake Worth Beach, has been sold for $68 million.

Principal Asset Management sold the 208,413-square-foot shopping center, situated at 6250–6350 Lantana Road, to Arcadia Realty Trust for approximately $326 per square foot.

The transaction was brokered by Mark Gilbert, Adam Feinstein, and Mitch Halpern of Cushman & Wakefield.

Pinewood Square is currently 99% leased, with a strong roster of 42 tenants including TJ Maxx/HomeGoods, Ross Dress For Less, Five Below, Goodwill, Delray Medical Center, Egg Cetera, Chase Bank, PNC Bank, AutoZone, Outback Steakhouse, La Granja, and Jiffy Lube.

Originally developed in 1988, the 26-acre property last sold in 2005 for a combined $23.3 million.

This acquisition adds to Arcadia Realty Trust’s growing retail portfolio, following $661 million in acquisitions completed during the fourth quarter and early 2025.
