Lacoste USA has secured a prime 18,364-square-foot penthouse office space at 136 Madison Avenue in Midtown through a deal with Williams Equities. This location will serve as the brand’s flagship office and marks its relocation from Midtown to this boutique property in Midtown South. The move is expected to take place in Q2 of 2024, pending a custom build-out by the building’s ownership.
The turn-of-the-century property spans 17 stories and offers approximately 300,000 square feet of space. Its diverse tenant roster includes Syracuse University, Regus, Bernhardt Furniture, Wacoal, impact.com,and Green Key among others.
Colliers International representatives Mac Roos , Andrew Roos , Michael T.Cohen , and Jessica Verdi acted on behalf of ownership during negotiations for this new transaction while CBRE representatives Eric Deutsch , Jared Freede ,and Anthony Manginelli represented Lacoste USA . Freddie Majid from Lacoste USA handled negotiations on behalf of the tenant.
