**Kroenke Organization Unveils Rams Village at Warner Center in Woodland Hills**
The Kroenke Organization, led by Los Angeles Rams owner E. Stanley Kroenke, has revealed plans for a transformative 52-acre development in Woodland Hills. The project, to be named Rams Village at Warner Center, will serve as the permanent headquarters and training facility for the NFL franchise.
“As we embark on our tenth season back in Los Angeles, we remain committed to helping shape the future of this great city,” said Kroenke. “Rams Village at Warner Center will continue to transform Woodland Hills by providing a vibrant gathering place for the community through publicly accessible open spaces, new entertainment venues, a retail village, and residential offerings.”
Designed by global architecture firm Gensler, the mixed-use neighborhood will extend beyond the Rams’ facilities to include a wide range of amenities. These will include residential properties, retail spaces, offices, a hotel, indoor entertainment venues, and expansive parks and open areas.
The development will be situated within the Warner Center 2035 Plan area, aligning with the city’s vision for growth and revitalization in the San Fernando Valley.
