Equity Union Real Estate has recently acquired the La Quinta Professional Plaza, located at 47040, 47050 and 47060 Washington St. in La Quinta. This purchase was made for an undisclosed amount. The plaza spans a total of 14,998 square feet and will serve as the new home for Equity Union’s branch in La Quinta, as well as other tenants such as Lawyer’s Title and Wonderland Escrow.
Out of the total space acquired, approximately 6,000 square feet will be designated for Equity Union’s twelfth location. This area will feature private offices, conference rooms, a large training room and shared desk space to accommodate agents on-the-go.
CEO Harma Hartouni expressed his gratitude towards the local real estate community that has driven their company’s growth thus far: “The expansion of our business is always motivated by our realtors within each community.” He added that due to rapid development in this region over a short period of time,the demand from residents prompted them to open their twelfth location here.
In September of last year (2022), Equity Union first expanded its operations into Coachella Valley where it now boasts over two hundred agents across multiple locations including Palm Springs,Rancho Mirage,and Palm Desert.
