Kyle Production Facility Chosen as Specialty Food Manufacturer

ATX Specialty Foods, a contract manufacturer of dips, sauces, dressings and marinades has opened a 53,000-square-foot production facility in Kyle. This new location will allow the company to grow tenfold and deliver dozens of new jobs to the city south of Austin. The move comes as ATX outgrew its 16,000-square-foot Slaughter Lane location in South Austin.

The Hays Commerce Center industrial park developed by HPI Real Estate Services and Investments Inc., located along I-35 corridor is now home to ATX Specialty Foods who employ 47 people but could grow up to 70 – 80 employees with this expansion. Their products are sold for many brands including Texas based companies like Hopdoddy Pluckers Freebirds etc..

This partnership between ATX and Kyle Economic Development Corporation was created late 2021 offering an opportunity for growth within the area while providing employment opportunities at the same time.
