Kushner Cos, a real estate investment firm based in Midtown Manhattan, recently sold a 25-unit apartment property located at 156 Sullivan St with R7-2 zoning for $12.05 million to an overseas buyer who purchased the property all cash without bank financing. The transaction involved a mix of one and two bedroom apartments and the name of the buyer was not disclosed. The team at Marcus & Millichap’s Manhattan office represented both seller and buyer in this deal including Joe Koicim, Shaun Riney, Peter Dodge, and Logan Markley.
This successful sale marks yet another milestone for Kushner Cos as they continue to expand their portfolio across New York City’s real estate market.
