Price Brothers Management Co. has selected JLL to spearhead retail leasing and marketing for its $1 billion Bluhawk mixed-use development in Overland Park, Kansas. The project is set to feature 200,000 square feet of new retail and restaurant space upon completion in spring 2026.
According to the Kansas City Business Journal, Bluhawk will be anchored by AdventHealth Sports Park and will also include restaurants, apartments, offices, and hotel rooms. Leading the JLL team at Bluhawk are Kristin Grove (Senior Vice President of Retail Agency Leasing), Holly Rome (Executive Vice President of Retail Agency Leasing), Ashlyn Booth (Executive Vice President of Strategy & Marketing), and Rebecca Sidles (Regional Marketing Manager). “We are honored to be a part of this exceptional project in Overland Park for Price Brothers,” stated Rome.
This announcement comes as Price Brothers continues its progress on the highly anticipated development without mentioning any specific names or brands associated with it.
