Kroger Marketplace to Anchor Weitzman's Latest FW Center

Weitzman and The Kroger Co. have commenced construction on Bonds Ranch Marketplace, a new retail destination situated at the intersection of US-287 and Bonds Ranch Road in the rapidly expanding Northwest Fort Worth area.

The development, set to be finished by Q4 2024, will feature a 128,000-square-foot Kroger Marketplace as its main anchor store along with a fuel station. This will mark Kroger’s tenth location in the City of Fort Worth. The new Marketplace store will offer amenities such as a Starbucks kiosk, Murray’s Cheese counter, and an expanded selection of general merchandise including outdoor living products, toys, home goods and more.

In addition to the anchor store, there will be multiple buildings within Bonds Ranch Marketplace that house small shops and freestanding retail spaces totaling 33
