Koury Corp. Adds Lawndale Crossing Retail Center to Portfolio

Koury Corp. has acquired Lawndale Crossing, a 257,525-square-foot retail center located between Battleground Avenue and Lawndale Drive in Greensboro, North Carolina. The property was purchased for $37 million from Pacolet Milliken Enterprises.

Tenants at Lawndale Crossing include notable retailers such as PetSmart, Harris Teeter, Panera Bread, City Barbecue, and Crumbl Cookies. The site also features a Target store, although that particular parcel was not included in the transaction.

The shopping center is currently 94% leased. Notable vacancies include a 12,000-square-foot space that was formerly occupied by Party City, as well as a 2,800-square-foot end cap space.

Koury Corp. currently manages more than 2.5 million square feet across 56 properties and has developed 1.14 million square feet of projects in the Triad region over the past five years.
