**Burlingame Office Building Sold to Korean Venture Capital Firm for $5.4M**

Matthews Real Estate Investment Services has completed the sale of The Clock Tower, a prominent office building located at 20 Park Road in Burlingame, California. The transaction was facilitated by Vice President Marko Buljan.

The Clock Tower, which offers 6,815 buildable square feet, was sold for $5.4 million — $650,000 above its listing price. The sale reflects a 3.12% capitalization rate. Its strategic location, just a short walk from downtown Burlingame, along with its strong market appeal, drew multiple competitive offers.

The property was purchased by Sazze Partners, a South Korea-based venture capital firm, which plans to use the asset as its U.S. headquarters.

“The transactions team efficiently managed multiple purchase contracts, and the marketing team developed exceptional materials that captured the attention of buyers worldwide,” said Buljan.
