Koelsch Communities is proud to announce the early success of its largest campus, University Village in Vancouver, Washington. The development was managed by Koelsch Construction and Shearer Construction as a partner on the Belle Harbour project. The interior design for both campuses was expertly handled by Judy Koelsch and JSK Design.
The $112 million University Village spans 13 acres and boasts 136 suites in its independent living community, The Park at University Village, as well as 101 suites in its assisted living community, The Inn at University Village. Additionally, there are also 26 cottages with one-, two-, and three-bedroom options available.
In Bellevue’s bustling neighborhood lies the nearly completed $93 million Belle Harbour project which will be home to two communities: The Park at Belle Harbour for assisted living residents and dedicated memory care community -The Inn at Belle Harbour. This boutique campus covers almost three acres with a total of 145 suites between both buildings.
