Knighthead Secures Funding for Nashville Apartment Refinancing

CA South, a Nashville-based development firm, recently closed on a $22 million bridge loan to refinance one of its apartment projects. The Luna, located in Nashville’s Edgehill neighborhood at 1009 8th Ave. S., was refinanced with the help of Knighthead Funding.

The newly built apartment community offers 108 units with monthly rental rates ranging from $1,650 to $4,300. These include studio and one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts ranging from 520 to 1,350 square feet. Residents can enjoy various amenities such as a pool, fitness center clubhouse , pet play area , pet washing station , and business center .

Since its establishment in 2023 Knighthead has successfully originated loans for over ten property types totaling $3.1 billion across thirty-six states . This recent funding secured by Knighthead for The Luna is just another example of their expertise in providing financing solutions for real estate developments nationwide.
