KMT Partners, a development firm based in Atlanta, is planning to construct an industrial park on 191 acres of land located between Old Senoia and Fayetteville roads in South Fulton. The project will consist of 1.9 million square feet of warehouse space and up to 950 parking spaces.
The anticipated completion date for the proposed South Fulton industrial park is January 2029. Currently, the land is owned by Mapco Farms.
