**KLNB Completes $11.375M Sale of Shoppes at Haymarket in Virginia**
KLNB’s Retail Capital Markets Team has successfully finalized the $11.375 million sale of the Shoppes at Haymarket, a 22,400-square-foot neighborhood shopping center located at 6711-6749 Lea Berry Way in Haymarket, Virginia.
The firm was exclusively retained by the seller, Fernau LeBlanc Investment Partners, to represent them in the transaction. The shopping center is fully leased to 13 tenants, demonstrating high tenant retention and income stability. Notably, 66% of the tenants have maintained occupancy for over two decades. The property benefits from being shadow-anchored by a recently renovated Aldi and Planet Fitness, and features a diverse mix of service, medical, and restaurant tenants.
