### KLNB Secures 10,000 SF Office Lease in Fairfax, VA
KLNB has successfully leased the entire second floor of a two-story office building at 2815 Old Lee Highway in Fairfax, Virginia, bringing the property to full occupancy.
Senior Vice Presidents C. Todd McManus and Jesse Martin represented the owner, who also occupies the entire first floor of the building. Positioned less than two miles from the D.C. Beltway and near I-66, the property offers convenient access for tenants across Northern Virginia and the Metro D.C. area.
The 10,367-square-foot space had remained vacant for over a year until the owners enlisted KLNB to manage the leasing process. “One of KLNB’s greatest strengths is our network and strong connections in the DMV,” said McManus. “We have excellent relationships with top brokers in the Mid-Atlantic, allowing us to efficiently match properties with credit tenants.”
