KLNB Facilitates Sale of Office Property in Gaithersburg, Maryland
KLNB has completed the sale of 189 Kentlands Blvd., a two-story, 19,880-square-foot office property located in the heart of the Kentlands community in Gaithersburg, Maryland. The property, situated on 1.28 acres, was sold for $5.95 million to Community Options, who will occupy the space as an owner-user.
Principals Ken Fellows and Matt Skalet of KLNB represented the seller, The Levine Family Limited Partnership, marking their first collaboration with the client.
