Klabin Secures Agreement for Truck and Container Yard Near Port of Los Angeles

Klabin Company/CORFAC International negotiated the sale of a 38,038-square-foot truck and container yard at 336 E. D St. in Wilmington near the Port of Los Angeles for $6.55 million. Tyler Rollema, SIOR, and Matt Stringfellow, SIOR represented both the seller – Lacy Family Trust – and buyer – Bridge Logistics Properties – in this transaction.

The property includes a 5,500-square-foot warehouse/office building with three ground level doors providing almost 18’ feet of clear height as well as a secured paved yard that is currently leased to Road One – an intermodal warehouse & logistics services company . According to Rollema “the port adjacent asset has significant market potential when its existing lease expires this November” which provides an opportunity for BLP team to secure long term lease for their asset.”
