Kiser Group has recently announced its expansion into the Minneapolis-St. Paul market through a partnership with multifamily broker Robert Dulin. This new venture will see the opening of a multifamily brokerage office in the area, adding to Kiser Group’s existing presence in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio and Wisconsin.
Founder/Principal and Designated Managing Broker Lee Kiser expressed his excitement about this expansion: “We are thrilled to work with Robert to offer services to Minneapolis-St. Paul multifamily owners and investors.” With this move, Kiser Group aims to broaden its reach across the Midwest region.
Robert Dulin brings 15 years of experience as a Director at Cushman & Wakefield and will serve as Executive Director for Kiser Group’s operations in Minneapolis/St. Paul. He shared his enthusiasm for joining forces with Kiser Group: “Their approach of seeing the full client continuum is something that I have implemented into my own business.” This alignment between their values was an important factor for Dulin when choosing a partner.
