**Kiser Group Arranges $7M Sale of Skilled Nursing Facility Near Cleveland**
Kiser Group Partner Mark Myers has successfully closed the sale of an 84-bed senior housing community situated in a rural area east of Cleveland, Ohio. The transaction was completed for $7 million.
The facility, spanning 26 acres, was originally built in 1950 and expanded through multiple additions from 1965 to 2001. At the time of the sale, occupancy levels ranged from 70% to 80%. The property includes a diverse mix of care services, featuring 76 skilled nursing facility beds, five assisted living units, and three independent living units.
The purchaser is an experienced owner-operator with a skilled nursing portfolio across the Midwest and an expanding footprint in Ohio. The seller, a family-owned group based in the Cleveland area, successfully transitioned the long-held asset to an institutional-grade operator, well-positioned for continued growth in the region.
