**Kiser Group Brokers $13M Sale of Colorado Skilled Nursing Facility**
Mark Myers of Kiser Group has successfully brokered the $13 million sale of Forest Ridge, a skilled nursing facility located in the Colorado Springs metro area. The facility was 95% occupied at the time of sale.
The buyer, Cottonwood, acquired Forest Ridge to serve as the flagship property in its growing portfolio, which now includes over 30 skilled nursing facilities across Colorado.
“Forest Ridge was an appealing opportunity because it aligns perfectly with Cottonwood’s strategy of acquiring quality, well-located facilities in markets with strong operational fundamentals,” said Myers.
Forest Ridge provides a range of services, including memory care, long-term skilled nursing, and palliative care. Its strategic location near a 15-bed critical access hospital, along with its presence in a community with a large veteran population, offers strong potential for growth in both VA and Medicare resident bases.
This transaction marks another significant milestone in Kiser Group’s track record of facilitating high-value healthcare real estate deals.
