Kiser Brokers: Four Multifamily Transactions Closed

In just three weeks, Kiser Group’s brokers Jack Petrando and Noah Clark successfully closed four multifamily transactions in Chicago. These deals include the sale of 1444 S. Trumbull in Lawndale, a fully occupied nine-unit building that sold for $84,000 per unit; 201 S. Laramie in Austin, a six-unit property that sold for $390,000; 3115 W. Washington in East Garfield Park, a vintage building with six units that was purchased for $450,000 cash; and finally an income-generating value-add property at 8917 S. Cottage Grove on the South Side of Chicago which was acquired by investors for $750
