**King Street Properties Unveils Public Amenities at The Landing in Burlingame**
King Street Properties has completed several public amenities at its new life science development, The Landing, located in Burlingame, California.
The enhanced features include a full-service bistro café offering breakfast and lunch, a half-acre outdoor plaza with landscaped gathering spaces, and three large-scale, site-specific artworks. These additions aim to enrich the experience for both local residents and tenants of the property, creating a welcoming and community-centered environment.
“These great public spaces and amenities are part of the innovative workplace we’re creating at The Landing, to give life sciences companies an opportunity to plant roots in Burlingame,” said Sonia Taneja, Managing Director at King Street, who is overseeing the project. “And by embracing and welcoming the community into the project, we are helping fulfill the city’s vision for the Bayfront neighborhood as a home for science and the community.”
Leasing for The Landing is managed by the JLL team, including Grant Yeatman, Cole Smith, Mark Bodie, and Toss Vallentine. The design and build team features Perkins & Will as the project architect, SWA Group as landscape architect, and Hathaway Dinwiddie as the general contractor.
