**King Street Properties Appoints Tanner Larson to Bolster West Coast Leasing Operations**
King Street Properties has announced the hiring of Tanner Larson as a director in its California office. In his new role, Larson will enhance leasing capabilities and contribute to the continued expansion of the Boston-based firm’s life science portfolio on the West Coast.
Larson joins King Street from Kilroy Realty, where he most recently held the position of Vice President of Leasing. During his time at Kilroy, Larson was instrumental in securing tenant commitments for more than 500,000 square feet of space throughout the Bay Area. He played a significant role in the development of the Kilroy Oyster Point life science project and oversaw the conversion of a 54,000-square-foot underutilized property into functional life science suites.

Larson also brings a background in corporate investment and strategic planning, adding a strong analytical and financial dimension to his expertise in real estate leasing and development.
His appointment aligns with King Street’s mission to broaden its footprint in key West Coast life science hubs, building on the firm’s growing momentum in the region.
