**Kimpton and DC Partners Announce New Destination Resort in Texas Wine Country**

Kimpton Hotels, in partnership with DC Partners, has announced plans for a luxury destination resort in the heart of the Texas Hill Country’s wine region. Slated to open in 2027, Kimpton Fredericksburg will serve as the centerpiece of The Meuse, a 22-acre mixed-use development named in honor of Fredericksburg’s founder, John O. Meusebach.

Designed by Merriman Anderson Architects with interiors by design studio Curioso, the 210-room luxury lifestyle hotel will blend refined aesthetics with regional charm. Guests can expect a full-service restaurant and bar, a poolside bar and lounge, a 10,000-square-foot outdoor pool and deck, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and an inviting café.

Just a 90-minute drive from both Austin and San Antonio, Kimpton Fredericksburg will cater to event and leisure travelers alike. The resort will offer more than 18,500 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor event space. Features include an event barn, meeting rooms, pre-function spaces, a rooftop lounge, and scenic outdoor gathering areas.

Located in one of the fastest-growing wine regions in the United States, Fredericksburg is regarded as the epicenter of Texas Wine Country. With more than 75 wineries, tasting rooms, and vineyards nearby, the Kimpton Fredericksburg is set to become a premier destination for wine lovers and travelers seeking a sophisticated Hill Country retreat.
