Kimco Realty has recently announced the addition of nine new tenants to its portfolio in Washington state. These retail locations, including Holiday China, Sushi Omiya, Sam Income Tax and Magikid Robotics Lab at Marketplace at Factoria, will be spread across five shopping centers.
The Marketplace at Factoria is a popular shopping destination located in Bellevue’s suburban Seattle community. It features an open-air exterior complex connected by an interior shopping center and boasts over 50 renowned retailers and restaurants.
In addition to these new leases, Kimco has also secured agreements for a Taco Bell at Pavilions Centre, an Emerald City Smoothie at Gateway Shopping Center, as well as Bath & Body Works and Boot Barn stores at Franklin Park Shopping Center. Another Boot Barn store will also be added to South Hill Center.
