Kim Brennan Joins Cushman & Wakefield as New Jersey Managing Director

Kim Brennan has joined Cushman & Wakefield as managing director based in the Morristown office. With more than two decades of experience in commercial real estate, Brennan will focus on business development.
Previously, she worked at CBRE for four years and drove business initiatives and broker development across various sectors. She also served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) in the tri-state region for Colliers International and spent ten years at Cushman & Wakefield where she was market leader for their New Jersey region.
Brennan co-chaired the NAIOP NJ Gala Committee and is a Trustee of NAIOP NJ. Additionally, she served as director of programming for CREW NJ – an international organization dedicated to women’s advancement within commercial real estate – and was Director of Membership too; furthermore, Brennan was a founding member of BOMA Research Council plus a member American Management Association International (AMAI).
