The development aims to address local challenges surrounding housing affordability and workforce diversity by providing much-needed housing options in the region.
One unique feature of Ninebark is its Voluntary Income Restricted Housing Program – the first of its kind in this area. Killian Pacific voluntarily designated 24 units as affordable to help combat these pressing issues. Located at 600 South Marina Way, Ninebark offers studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments for rent. CloudTen Residential serves as their property management partner while Robert & Olson Construction was responsible for general contracting services during construction.
