Killian Pacific, a real estate developer based in the Pacific Northwest, has recently finished construction on Ninebark, a residential community consisting of 246 units situated along the Columbia River waterfront in Southwest Washington. The development aims to address local challenges surrounding housing affordability and workforce diversity by providing much-needed housing options in the region.
One unique feature of Ninebark is its Voluntary Income Restricted Housing Program – the first of its kind in this area. Killian Pacific voluntarily designated 24 units as affordable to help combat these pressing issues. According to Michi Slick, Principal of Development at Killian Pacific, “We felt compelled to be part of the solution and explore a new model where market-rate developments can also have positive social impact.”
Located at 600 South Marina Way, Ninebark offers studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments for rent. CloudTen Residential serves as their property management partner while Robert & Olson Construction was responsible for general contracting services during construction. With over four decades worth of experience since their founding year in 1971,KillianPacific continues to own, mange, and develop communities throughout Oregonand Washington.
This announcement marks another successful project completed by KillianPacificintheir ongoing efforts towards creating thriving communities that catertothe needsand concerns withinthe region’s real estate market.
