Ric Russell has joined Kidder Mathews in San Francisco as Executive Vice President (EVP) and shareholder, bringing more than 35 years of experience specializing in the sale of multifamily properties and residential development projects throughout Northern California.
Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Russell spent nearly 20 years at Cushman & Wakefield’s offices in San Francisco and Oakland where he served as executive managing director. In addition to his career as a broker, he is also a licensed attorney.
Russell has represented both institutional buyers and private sellers alike completing hundreds of transactions over the course of his career. His recent sales include a 200-unit development site, 152-unit apartment project, and 12-unit building located within San Francisco city limits.
