Kidder Mathews has announced the addition of Dan Stutz as Executive Vice President in its Seattle office. With over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate, Stutz specializes in office leasing and investment sales, representing landlords, tenants, and investors throughout the Puget Sound region.

Before joining Kidder Mathews, Stutz held senior roles at CBRE, Martin Smith Inc., and Grubb & Ellis, earning a reputation as a trusted advisor in Seattle’s downtown office market. Over the course of his career, he has completed transactions exceeding $1.5 billion across more than five million square feet.

Stutz works with a diverse range of ownership clients, providing advisory services focused on enhancing asset performance and long-term value. His hiring comes as Kidder Mathews continues expanding its brokerage presence in the Western U.S. Since January 2024, the firm has brought on 21 brokers in the Pacific Northwest and reaffirmed its commitment to downtown Seattle with a new headquarters at Two Union Square.
