The sale was facilitated by the Simon Anderson Team of Kidder Mathews’ Seattle office, with Dylan Simon serving as Executive Vice President and Jerrid Anderson and JD Fuller as team members.
The property was developed by Terrene Homes and completed in 2022. Situated at 7722 176th Street East, Alder Walk offers one- and two-bedroom units with modern amenities such as in-unit washers/dryers, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops,and high ceilings.
