Kidder Mathews Sells 96-Unit Apartments for $27 Million

Seattle’s First Hill neighborhood recently saw the sale of Seventh and James Apartments, a mid-rise building, for $26.9 million. The Simon Anderson team from Kidder Mathews’ Seattle headquarters represented the seller in this transaction.

The property was acquired by a large institutional owner several decades ago and was sourced by Mathews as the sole broker involved in the deal. According to Dylan Simon, one of the team members representing the seller, “We were delighted to see investors recognizing this opportunity to invest in Seattle’s promising future.” He also added that they have confidence in Seattle’s urban neighborhoods and its potential for growth as one of West Coast’s top urban centers.

Built-in 1992 with five stories and 96 units, Seventh and James Apartments is situated at 600 7th Avenue within easy reach of downtown areas such as Capitol Hill and Pioneer Square.
