Kidder Mathews Asset Services has been awarded the management of a seven-building office portfolio in Seattle, totaling approximately 1,089,500 square feet. The portfolio features a mix of Class A and Class B buildings, with property ages ranging from 16 to 55 years.
“We see tremendous potential in this portfolio and a clear path to enhancing its long-term success,” said Erin French, CPM, CCIM, President of Asset Services at Kidder Mathews. “Our focus is to optimize operations, enrich the tenant experience, and foster vibrant environments at each property.”
Anwen Robinson, Senior Vice President and Market Leader of Asset Services, will oversee the portfolio’s day-to-day operations and guide its strategic direction. Robinson will collaborate with Jim Lovsted, CPM, Senior Vice President and Market Leader, to co-lead Kidder Mathews’ managed portfolio in the Seattle region.
Kidder Mathews currently holds the fourth largest commercial property management portfolio in Greater Seattle. In 2024, the firm reported its highest revenue to date and now manages over 58 million square feet across 855 assets, serving more than 260 clients throughout the Western United States.
