Josh Luchs has been promoted to managing director of Kidder Mathews’ San Fernando Valley office. With over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, he is a top producer specializing in multifamily properties in the Greater Los Angeles area.
Prior to joining Kidder Mathews as EVP in 2022, Luchs served as SVP at CBRE Beverly Hills. Throughout his career, he has successfully closed more than 200 transactions and generated over $500 million worth of deals within the past decade alone.
