Kidder Mathews has named Mary Blagg SVP & Market Leader for Asset Services in San Diego. In this role, Blagg will be responsible for overseeing the firm’s asset services division in Southern California, including business development, client relations and risk management as well as directing property teams.
With over 25 years of experience and a strong reputation to her name, Blagg joins Kidder Mathews after a successful 20-year tenure at CBRE San Diego where she served as Associate Director of Asset Services. She is an expert high-rise specialist with extensive institutional ownership experience having provided management services to international businesses, private equity firms and family trusts alike.
