Kidder Mathews has expanded its Orange County office with the addition of retail investment sales experts Kirk Brummer and Eric Shain. The team brings a wealth of experience in the disposition, acquisition, valuation, and repositioning of retail properties across the western U.S.
Brummer joins as Senior Vice President while Shain takes on the role of Vice President. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, they were both part of CBRE’s Newport Beach office.
With over 25 years in retail investment sales under his belt, Brummer has completed nearly 800 transactions totaling over $13.1 billion in value and spanning 62.7 million square feet throughout his career. He was also a key member at CBRE’s National Retail Partners – West group which consistently ranked among the top national teams for retail investments. In 2017, Shain joined this team where he helped close more than $650 million worth of retail property deals.
Their client roster includes high-net-worth private investors as well as institutional clients such as AEW BlackRock Blackstone Crow Holdings Federal Realty Kimco Realty Regency Centers Phillips Edison Prudential among others.
