Oak and Elm Apartments, two historic multifamily properties located in Spokane’s desirable Browne’s Addition neighborhood, have been sold for a combined total of $4.3 million. The properties include a total of 52 units.

Max Frame, Vice President with the Simon | Anderson Multifamily Team at Kidder Mathews, represented the sellers in the transaction. Both buildings, originally constructed in 1907, showcase classic brick architecture and spacious layouts that merge early 20th-century charm with modern-day functionality. Oak Apartments, located at 155 S Oak Street, comprises 31 units, while Elm Apartments at 1905 W 2nd Avenue offers 21 units along with on-site parking.

The two properties, situated just a few blocks apart, presented investors with a rare opportunity to acquire a cohesive portfolio in one of Spokane’s most walkable and historically rich residential areas.

“This sale highlights the continued appeal of Spokane’s core neighborhoods to investors seeking quality assets with upside potential,” said Frame. “Browne’s Addition combines historic charm, strong tenant demand, and enduring value—traits that continue to attract both local and regional capital.”
